On Thursday 30th January 2025, LVS Hassocks welcomed SENCOs from local primary schools to come and spend time learning about supporting autistic and other neurodivergent students in their settings.
The workshop included an introduction to LVS Hassocks from Rachel Borland (Principal), a presentation around therapy and strategies to support autistic students and a tour around a classroom with ideas for implementing therapeutic strategies. They enjoyed a lovely lunch and were joined by the Therapy Team who provided opportunity for asking questions and networking. Check out some photos below:
