LVS Hassocks is pleased to announce a significant improvement in its GCSE results compared to last year. We are incredibly proud of the achievements of our students and the dedication of our staff.
In English Language GCSE, 100% of students passed (grades 1-9), with 40% attaining a grade 4 or above, including one student who achieved a grade 5. In Maths GCSE, 100% of students passed (grades 1-9), with 50% earning a grade 4 or higher, and one student achieving an impressive grade 6. In Fine Art GCSE, 100% of students passed with a grade between 1-9, with 20% achieving a grade 4 or higher.
These results reflect the hard work and commitment of the students and staff, and LVS Hassocks looks forward to building on this success in the coming years. Many students with autism can suffer with high levels of anxiety, so it is important to acknowledge the challenges that come with taking part in assessments and examinations. This is an amazing achievement.
